Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience mixing and serving drinks, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. You'll be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining the bar area, and contributing to an enjoyable guest experience. **

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes or customer preference
- Check identification to ensure customers meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and tablets
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment
- Upsell drink and food specials when appropriate
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
- Open and close the bar following standard procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) is a plus
