    LotLinx is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven TOP Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with decision-makers at dealerships who are interested in leveraging our cutting-edge software solutions.

    Our software enables dealerships to control risk, activate inventory strategies, maximize profitability, and accelerate vehicle turnover.     What you will do:

    • Prospect and reach out to dealership decision-makers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and promote LotLinx software solutions.

    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each dealership's unique challenges and objectives.

    • Articulate the value proposition of our software in a compelling and persuasive manner.

    • Educate potential clients on how our software can help them control risk, optimize inventory, increase profitability, and improve vehicle turnover rates.

    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to effectively position LotLinx solutions.

    What will make you a great fit:

    • Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term business relationships.

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    • Ability to quickly understand complex software solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

    • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of automotive industry, dealer groups and dealerships

    • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions

    • Works independently; receives minimal guidance

    • Team player, motivated, passionate, sophisticated, and coachable

    • Represents the level at which this career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement

    • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes
