CLIENT COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ENTRY LEVEL)
Job Description
We are looking for the right person to join our expanding customer service and marketing team. The candidate does not need experience in customer service, but some is preferred. We are more interested in a person who's keen interest is beginning a career providing quality customer service to be considered for this role and grow into a leadership position. Full product training will be provided in house, alongside ongoing guidance and support from mentors.
DESCRIPTION
Dealing with customer inquiries on a face to face basis
Taking information accurately from customers and logging their order into the system
Providing customers with updates on purchases and pricing
Supporting the sales team
Providing first class customer service on behalf of our respected and reputable client
