Job Description:

Loud Rumor is looking for a Video Editor to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The Video Editor will be responsible for filming, producing and editing pre-recorded and live content. We're looking for someone with a passion for a fast paced environment, extreme attention to detail, the ability to adapt well to change.

• Collaborate in the production and editing of 77 content pieces on a weekly basis.
• Organize footage in Google Drive to facilitate team collaboration.
• Exemplify attention to detail in daily tasks.

• Assist in orchestrating our live event, GSDCON.

• Ensure spelling and grammar is accurate in all deliverables.

Requirements:

• Must live in Arizona.
• Willing to travel periodically.
• Weekend work required (minimum of 4 times per year for our quarterly conference).

Skills Needed To Win:

• Proficient in Adobe Suites (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • 3 years experience required
• 3 years of experience with camera operation (Canon & Sony preferred)
  • Must know how to operate cinema cameras and DSLR
  • We use Canon C200 & Sony Alpha 6500
• 2 years of experience with lighting set up
• 2 years of audio experience (intermediate level)
• Live event experience preferred
• Marketing experience preferred

30, 60, 90 Day Targets

30 Day Target: Onboarding, filming and editing training complete.

60 Day Target: Editing Loud Rumor content - short and long form. Live events training complete.

90 Day Target: Filming content, adding ideas to level up the marketing department, and assisting in live events.

Salary: **** Up to $80,000 depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. *4X a year, weekends required for GSDCON Conferences

Location: Hybrid - Remote / In-person. Filming will be held in-person.
