    Job Description

    You will be joining the Data & Analytics Service Line, will be part of a Regional Team and become one of our Culture Ambassadors working within AGILE framework.

    Data is a strategic asset for the company, for its key decisions today and for future development. At LDC we develop a data-driven strategy to enhance trading performance, Digital Technologies and Analytics capabilities enable better understanding of the market, rich customers’ insights and improve business decision making for the commercial teams. Alongside, Business Intelligence teams are also looking at how democratizing the access of strategic data, providing self-service solutions to increase literacy and adoption. In a never-ending search for innovative solutions, we leverage artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to analyze trading signals and drive new trading and research insights.

    As part of the Data & Analytics Team in this internship your mission will consist in:

    • Learn and understand the Data & Analytics Products in Agile Framework and support the team
    • Support LDC in its democratization journey for data and analytics maintaining the documentation of all regional products

    Main responsibilities

    • Support the Delivery Manager and the Agile Team to centralize and consolidate the documentations related to our Data and Analytics Product creating standards and a homogenized documentation’s library
    • Partners with business to understand the needs and translate those needs into analytics requirements
    • Responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes
    • Ensure products’ deliverables are properly documented and with adequate reference material
    • Develops test cases and performs full functional regression and performance testing and manages user acceptance testing; defines roll out strategies & deploys solutions
    • Supports service delivery manager and product owners; provides ongoing support for deployed solutions; trains users on dashboard/tools and maintains updated user documentation.

    • You will learn how to design build and maintain a data model for a Power BI application
    • You will learn how to create impactful Data Visualization Applications using Power BI and how to manage them
    • You will learn all the basics of AGILE Framework and how is applied to real Data & Analytics use cases developments in a Global company collaborating with a global team all around the globe
    • You will learn how to publish, communicate and navigate an IT service offer making it accessible and consumable from real users in a web portal

    Skills (Computer Skills, etc)

    • Passion for Data and Analytics technologies (data integration, data modeling, data visualization)
    • Curiosity and eagerness for exploring and understanding business and developments processes
    • Critical thinking attitude to be able to manage ambiguity
    • Quick learner on new domains, ramp up on knowledge curve easily, ability to work independently
    • Teamwork, communication & collaboration skills
    • Analysis, synthesis, and communication capacity (written and oral)
