We are specifically looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. This role will be client-facing so it is critical that candidates are comfortable working in view of our clients. *Prior experience working in luxury After Sales or Repairs is preferred but no experience is required as training will be provided. After Sales is a critical component of our business, fueling the legacy of Louis Vuitton as the world leader in quality and service. Under the supervision of the After Care Sales Manager, this position is responsible for repairing various Louis Vuitton products to include, but not limited to; handbags, wallets, luggage, trunks, etc. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Perform craftsmanship in a client-facing setting * Repair products in accordance with Louis Vuitton quality and standards of service * Demonstrate ability to sewing, glazing, cutting * Perform leather restoration on client handbags, including; deep cleaning, mixing and applying pigment and conditioning * Support the department by occasionally assisting Clients at drop-off and pick-up of items * Support the department by occasionally contributing to back of house operations (work flow, spare parts, etc.) * Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards * Work with manual tools and equipment provided by the company, in the repair process * Effectively work independently and communicate within a team environment * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Detail oriented with all aspects of the repair process
