Love Joy Adult Day Health Care serves adults with physical, cognitive, psychological impairments in a day program setting. Responsibilities include:

1. Assessments of participants
2. Development of Individualized Plan of Care
3. Liaison with other Love Joy team members and outside agencies as indicated
4. Monthly training with Love Joy Social Service staff on mental health topic of your choice or as requested by Social Service staff
