Love Joy Adult Day Health Care program that serves adults with various physical/cognitive challenges. We are hiring for a hybrid job position that includes: Filing, Reception Backup, Assistant to Administration. You will be handling incoming and existing documentation, reading all documents, and determining where they belong within the filing system. You may also have to input information from the file into the computer system to catalog it, assist other staff members in finding the documentation they require and perform basic office support duties such as answering the phone or delivering messages. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Scan or read incoming documents to determine where they belong within the filing system
Physically file incoming documents to the proper location
Input information into computer systems as needed
Conduct general office duties such as answering the phones, processing mail, and delivering messages, as needed
Assist others in the office with locating the necessary documents and files they need during the day
Organization of Client Data
Quarterly newsletter
Communication to Clients, doctors, caregivers via phone, letter, email
Party Planning
Create Event Flyers
Qualifications
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and shift focus and priorities, as needed
Strong organizational skills
Must be punctual and reliable
