Job Summary

We are seeking experienced kitchen staff to join our team. We are an Adult Day Health Care program located in Rancho Cordova. Our kitchen staff preps and plates breakfast and lunch for our clients. Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am-2:30 or 3:00pm. Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate food according to kitchen specifications

Maintain appropriate levels of inventory

Follow all ServeSafe kitchen guidelines

Follow all food safety rules and regulations

Document food and refrigerator/freezer temperatures daily

Follow kitchen cleaning guidelines daily/weekly/monthly

Qualifications:

Knowledge and/or experience in the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) is highly desirable

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification

Organized and able to work quickly and efficiently

Fluent written/verbal English communication
