We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the business. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and develop employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Hold a valid Texas Food Managers Permit and TABC Certification.
• Proven ability to train and develop employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
