We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team! As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the business. This position requires excellent leadership skills, strong customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Hold a valid Texas Food Managers Permit and TABC Certification.
- Proven ability to train and develop employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
