Caterinas is looking for a new General Manager to join the team! Caterina's is a fine dining establishment and is only open during the evening from, 4 PM - 11 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage service to customers.
• Manage and train staff members, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in an upscale or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and kitchen management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards.
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
