Paloma Suerte is looking for new server assistants. Paloma Suerte offers an immersive dining experience, blending authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and the rustic charm of the Lone Star state.

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests
• Set up and clean tables before and after each guest
• Refill water glasses and provide bread or other complimentary items
• Clear dishes and silverware from tables
• Assist with food preparation and plating, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have or obtain a Food Handlers & TABC Certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Note: Pay is $10/hr + tips
