We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team at the Lonesome Dove. The Host will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting. Our hours of operations are Sunday Closed, Monday - Thursday 5 PM - 10 PM, Friday - Saturday 5 PM - 11 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
• Provide menus and relay information about specials.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Prior experience in a hotel, food service, or restaurant setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to handle guest relations professionally.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing.
• Food Handlers and TABC Certification.
