    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality culinary dishes are served
    • Create and develop menus that align with the restaurant's concept and target audience
    • Manage the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
    • Supervise the dietary department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan and execute special events and catering services
    • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    • Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
    • Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or catering establishment
    • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and industry best practices
    • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
    • Solid understanding of kitchen management principles, including inventory control, menu planning, and cost management
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers
