Paloma Suerte is looking for new host to join the team! Paloma Suerte offers an immersive dining experience, blending authentic cuisine, exceptional service, and the rustic charm of the Lone Star state. We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Manage waitlists and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and waiting area.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Must have or obtain a Food handlers & TABC License.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
