A DAY IN THE LIFE:  As a Barback, you are responsible for supporting the bartenders and preparing drinks and serving guests in a professional and timely manner in order to ensure that guests have an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.

Objectives and Expectations:

• Support bartenders in stocking and cleaning the refrigerators and the bar
• Prepare juices and ingredients for the bar
• Prepare large batch beverages to order
• Prepare beverages to order
• Ensure customers are greeted and taken care of in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure each guest receives their order accurately
• Serve beverages, food, and dessert to customers during peak business periods and assist other staff members with tasks as necessary
• Follow all Service Requirements and steps of service
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards; including, but not limited to keeping countertops clean, organized, and free from clutter; clean blenders and glasses; dispose of compost, trash, and recycling materials
• Uphold and follow all company policies per employment handbook

JOB TYPE:  Part Time COMPENSATION: $16.50 + TIPS
