A DAY IN THE LIFE:   As an Expediter, you are responsible for communication between the kitchen and the front of house.  You will contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring accuracy and efficiency with orders.    Your objectives and expectations include:

• Read, understand, and memorize the menu
• Learn the ingredients in the food
• Ensure proper plating
• Ensure allergy requests have been fulfilled
• Use the kitchen display system to:
  • Differentiate dine-in vs take-out orders
  • Control the flow of orders
  • Maintain organization between the front and back of house
• Package and organize all to go orders for efficient and timely pick up
• Follow and uphold all company policies per employment handbook

COMPENSATION: $16.04/hour + tips
