A DAY IN THE LIFE:   As a Cashier, you are responsible for taking guests orders and serving food in a professional and timely manner in order to ensure that guests of the company have an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience.  Your objectives and expectations include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering the phone and taking to go orders
• Read, understand, and memorize the menu
• Learn the ingredients in the food
• Be informed and recite the daily special
• Take guest orders and enter into the computer
• Organize all to go orders for efficient and timely pick up
• Accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions
• Follow all steps of service, including department checklists for opening and closing duties
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards; including, but not limited to bussing tables when necessary, wipe down menu's, wipe down tables, set up / break down tables, fold napkins, rearrange dining area when needed
• Follow and uphold all company policies per employment handbook

COMPENSATION: $16/hr + tips
