A DAY IN THE LIFE: **

As a Barista, you are responsible for making coffee, tea and other non alcoholic beverages for customers. Position Objectives and Expectations

• Support all service staff in preparing coffee, tea and other non-alcoholic beverages. Serve beverages to customers during peak business periods and assist other staff members with tasks as necessary
• Organize, restock and clean the coffee area
• Prepare coffee beverages to order in alignment with our beverage standards
• Serve customers drinks
• Restock refrigerators and coffee station with supplies
• Follow all Service Requirements and steps of service
• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance standards; including, but not limited to keeping counter tops clean, organized, and free from clutter; clean blenders and glasses; dispose of compost, trash, and recycling materials
• Ensure customers are greeted and taken care of in a timely and professional manner
• Take to go orders over the phone
• Ensure each guest receives everything they ordered accurately
• Uphold and follow all company policies per employment handbook
