Job Description
Looking for a professional, detail oriented, organized office admin to join our staff part time - 10-30 hours per week. Full time hours available for a highly skilled individual. Must be dependable, punctual, able to proofread your work, follow instructions, learn systems, work independently, use Canva/Constant Contact/Mailchimp/Trello (we offer training in all) and use proper grammar in all forms of communication.
During the school year, our admin work schedule may be 9:00 am to 3:00 pm OR noon and 7:00 pm, or a variation of, with an occasional Saturday. Admins work a couple days of each shift, so no one person works only the early shift or only the later shift. In summary, this position does requires work after school a couple days a week.
During the summer, our office is open weekdays mornings and/or afternoons, with only a couple evenings until 7 pm.
The number of hours for this part time position ranges between 10 and 30, depending upon your abilities. Professional skills will merit a higher number of hours and greater responsibility. Experience in systems and marketing are a plus!
Pay range listed is starting wage, with opportunities for advancement for those who continue to grow and learn within our office systems.
IRA benefits are available once you meet Federal requirements, and one week paid vacation if you are a valuable admin who has evolved into full time hours.
