    ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY LoveShackFancy is a New York City-based lifestyle brand founded in 2013 by stylist, designer and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen. The brand originated from Rebecca’s desire to design the perfect bridesmaid dress for her own ethereal summer wedding at her family home in Bridgehampton, surrounded by swaying apple trees. From an initial collection of hand-dyed silk dresses, LoveShackFancy quickly gained a dedicated following for its charming pieces that whisper

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES: • Proactively respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to web order, store orders and product knowledge via phone or email correspondence. • Track customer service calls and report on learnings • Monitor voicemail messages and respond within set company standard • Have an eagerness and willingness to over exceed customer expectations when delivering information • Must follow thru with every request quickly and seamlessly • Run open order reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders • Partner with wholesale and DTC team to learn about product knowledge and to give best in class service to customers • Handle customer feedback/complaints and reporting back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to website functionality, product, or service

    QUALIFICATIONS: • Must possess Bachelor's degree • Must have a clear understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand and aesthetic and have an amazing eye for fashion merchandising • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment • Must have strong system knowledge • Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments
