Within Lovett there is a need for estimators in several departments; drill, excavation, restoration and mitigation, plumbing and drain. Positions start at entry-level estimator up to experienced estimators. Drill operators, excavation superintendents, insurance admins/agents all have an opportunity to be trained as an estimator.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Estimators wear two hats and have several areas of responsibility:
Deliver 5 Star Customer Service
Networking and bringing in new customers
Keeping the pipeline and forecast up to date
Be able to successfully bid jobs for the department
Bid jobs in the software - ServiceTitan/Xactimate/Excel
Participate in take-offs
Obtain bids from sub-contractors
Pre-construction meetings
Change Orders
Obtaining technical permits such as Traffic Control permits, engineering permits
(this is not an inclusive list of job requirements)
QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidates will have the following:
A positive attitude with a focus on customer service
Experience as an estimator or experience doing the fieldwork
Comfortable with a computer; Word, Excel, Outlook
Insurable driver license
