The Role:
The Associate, Product Marketing Operations is an exciting opportunity to join the Product Marketing team at a fast-growing global brand. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the global product catalog, owning product refresh go-to-market and supporting the cross-functional workflow for all product launches and department initiatives, taking them through a fast paced, cross-functional go-to-market approach.
Description:
- Build and manage the product catalogs across US, EU and APAC markets, ensuring best–in-class content accuracy and functionality to maximize onsite conversions and syndication of assets across channels.
- Partner with the Manager, Product Marketing and Senior Manager, Wholesale Strategy to execute strategic launch plans for new products and in-market initiatives, taking new products to market through a fast paced, cross-functional product launch process that includes Marketing Channels, Product Development, Content Creation, Finance, Supply Chain, and Wholesale Channels-to-Market.
- Develop and lead the cross-functional go-to-market planning for product refreshes in the U.S. and internationally; ensure on-time roll out with consistent, accurate communication across channels and departments to maximize subscriber retention and efficient business operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across physical/digital products to lead the strategy, execution, forecasting and pricing for both the Subscriber Shop and Replacement Part stores.
- Use data to determine what is and isn't working; support with performance tracking and equip the team with the data needed to make decisions.
- Responsible for transactional eCommerce site operations, partnering with Operations on both the monitoring of inventory and communication of onsite ship timing messaging.
- Understand the target customer and competitive landscape to successfully support the go-to-market process and deliver on strategic product positioning.
- Ensure consistency of brand in value prop messaging and visual execution of our products across all sales channels, collateral, web content, customer and partner communications.
- Own the internal tool-kit for product knowledge, assets, and resources.

- Process Improvement —We are launching increasingly more products and need to do so with greater efficiency while maintaining cohesive product branding, representation and messaging to effectively communicate the Lovevery value proposition. You are able to identify how processes are built and improved to promote cross-functional integration for successful product launches.
Qualifications and attributes:
- 2+ years of experience with product marketing or related field in consumer products in the direct to consumer space
- Strength in project management and detail orientation is essential. Fluency in project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Jira, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time through excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a CMS such as Shopify or Contentful, managing complex product catalogs
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to work and remain adaptable in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Creative and resourceful
- Flexibility with schedule and willingness to work outside normal business hours (US Mountain Time) to collaborate with global partners when needed
