Client Care Staffing Coordinator on call

Job DescriptionLoving Home Care Professionals is seeking a per diem RN Supervisor to assess new and incoming home care clients, as well as supervise and educate field staff on clinical items and care needs. This position will be responsible for both in-person and telephone nursing assessments and field staff supervisions throughout the Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris, and Union county area.The schedule for this position is on a per diem basis. Some weekend availability preferred, but not requiredResponsibilities

Perform Initial Assessments, Reassessments, Case Monitoring, and other assessments for home care clients, either in person or by telephone.

Help develop and implement the written homecare plan that reflects the needs of the client.

Complete clinical competency and administrative supervision of field employees, including CHHAs and companions.

Assist in providing quality care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous RN experience.

Previous RN supervisor experience is preferred.

Current New Jersey RN License

Up-to-date medical documents, including recent physical, 2 step PPD or chest x-ray, and MMR titers or proof of vaccine.

Compensation

On a per visit basis dependent on the type of assessment being performed, typically between $100 - $120per visit with mileage reimbursement.
