Sales Manager
Position Overview: Low Tide Brewing is seeking statewide sales manager with home base in the greater Charleston area. The role will require an individual with excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational and analysis capabilities with the goal of growing sales throughout South Carolina. Candidates should be willing to work remotely as well as travel to accounts and partners within the state.

Opened in 2016, Low Tide Brewing has grown to become a staple in the Charleston Craft Beer Scene. As a draft focused brewery, sales of our product will have significant concentration in on-premise retail channels with plans to grow canning/off-premise channels in the future. Our team and culture continue to inspire customers to seek out our brands. To meet demand, we currently operate a 10 bbl brewhouse (Johns Island) and a 15 bbl brewhouse (North Charleston). We also are under development of a new facility that has a 2025 timeline on Johns Island. This is a perfect time to join the team and make an impact on a team with longevity and room to grow.

Typical Duties:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships between our company and distributor partner as well as retail accounts
Represent our values and culture outside of our walls
Visit brewery accounts, tracking and monitoring sales growth.
Help forecast and understand beer demand and assist management with insight to retailer demand and trend changes
Submitting sales reports and attending regular meetings with ownership and distributor partner
Analyzing data and presenting findings to ownership and distributor partners.
Organization/Administration (invoicing, budgeting, tracking and monitoring sales growth)

Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills including public speaking and presentation skills
Minimum 2 years of independent sales experience (does not need to be in craft beer).
A person who takes pride in their life and how they spend their time
Independent but social
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Self motivated
Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook and have reliable internet access from home
Flexible work schedule that includes nights/weekend and potentially taking calls/emails after hours.
Craft beer industry passion and the appreciation of the culture that goes with it.
Respect for the classic beer traditions as well as interest in experimental beer styles.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record/pass a background check (this will be checked post offer)
21 years of age or older
Must have reliable vehicle that’s insured and be willing to travel as necessary (gas stipend provided)
Ability to maneuver filled kegs (150+ lbs) with the help of dolly equipment.
Not required but would help stand out:
Strong knowledge base of craft beer/craft beer industry/SC alcohol laws
Experience with B2B2C Sales
Social media experience
Basic graphic design skills
