We are a full-service hotel committed to delivering reliable technology, secure systems, and excellent guest experiences. We are currently seeking a Low Voltage & IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering / IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and support hotel low-voltage systems, including:

CCTV & surveillance systems

Access control & key systems

Structured cabling & network infrastructure

Telephone and TV systems

Provide basic IT support, including:

Network and hardware troubleshooting

Coordination with vendors and service providers

Ensure system stability and quick response to technical issues

Maintain service records and follow hotel SOPs

Support emergency repairs and on-call duties as needed

Qualifications

Experience with low-voltage systems and IT support (hotel experience preferred)

Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – required

Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
