Lowcountry Paver is an American family owned and operated paver manufacturer based in Hardeeville, SC. We have been serving the Lowcountry with the highest quality hardscape materials for nearly 20 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to grow Outside Territory Sales Manager to contribute to our continued success within our designated Charleston Market. The outside sales representative will maintain strong relationships with current customer base while developing sales strategies to secure new customers and grow sales within the designated territory. The role is responsible for growing the existing contractor, distributor, builder, and retail purchasing customer base. The Ideal candidate will be self motivated, eager to contribute to the success of our customers, solutions oriented, driven, and passionate about building lasting relationships within the industry and among our customer base. Job Description: * Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, architects, and contractors * Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote Lowcountry Paver products * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery * Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management * Continuously analyze market trends and provide feedback to the company regarding product development and pricing strategies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred * 3+ years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in the hardscape/pavers market * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory * Valid driver's license and clean driving record We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary plus commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision.
