    Job Description:

    Awesome Smiles Dental Center is an award-winning full-service dental office that provides VIP dental services to our patients. We are seeking a gifted and talented dental assistant to join our team of professionals. We truly believe when you change your smile, you change your life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in various dental procedures including but not limited to temporary crowns, implants, orthodontic aligners

    • Perform tasks such as taking impressions, scanning, managing labs, and maintaining supplies

    • Provide efficient patient care, including notetaking and scheduling

    • Contribute to a positive and motivational atmosphere for both patients and team members

    • Adapt and learn new technologies and dental techniques as part of continuous professional development

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of two years of experience as a dental assistant with x-ray certification

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

    • A proactive approach with a strong sense of integrity and ownership

    • Ability and willingness to develop hand skills and learn new procedures

    • A positive attitude that contributes to team motivation

    • Strong communication skills to discuss treatment and alleviate fear and confusion with patients
