Job Summary Loyal Tavern is a new restaurant for Loyalty Market Concepts that is in the heart of East Cobb. This is not your average sports bar! Our chef has created a menu with fresh ingredients and a local flair. Aside from the food there will be draft and bottled beers, wines by the glass, hand-crafted cocktails and lots of bourbons and whiskies. We are looking to fill ALL FOH and BOH positions including: Hosts, Servers, Server Assistants, Bartenders, Expos, Line and Prep Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Dishwashers. Responsibilities and Duties BOH Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices Able to follow written or verbal instructions Able to work in a high pace and hot environment Flexible with job duties Self-motivated and organized FOH Communication Skills with our Guests and other Crew Members Preparing food and drinks for guests in a timely manner Customer Service and Hospitality keeping our Guest happy and coming back Team Work our Restaurant runs off team work, without it no one is successful Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices Hosts must be outgoing, you are the face of our business Flexible with job duties Self-motivated and organized Qualifications and Skills BOH We are looking for cooks that can learn and adapt on the fly if needed Minimum requirement of 6 months on the line in previous kitchens Culinary Degree is not required but is a plus FOH Servers - Need to be high energy with a warm personality. Team work is a must, it allows everything to run smoothy and our Guests to leave not only full, but happy. Serving experience is preferred but not required. Server Assistant - No serving experience required, this is a good way to get your foot in the door with experience to work your way up to becoming a server. Bartender - A thorough knowledge of craft beer, mixology, wines and cocktails is required with at least 1 year serving or bartending experience. Must be able to work swiftly and diligently to ensure that your Guests at the bar are taken care of as well as service bar. We are looking for assertive candidates who are friendly with a warm personality and exhibit professionalism at all times. Employees must adhere to company standards for safe handling of alcoholic beverages
