    Loza & Loza LLP, a fast growing and dynamic intellectual property practice with a national presence, is seeking experienced patent attorneys with a proven track record of business development. This position can be fully telecommuting and offers flexible hours.

    PATENT ATTORNEY QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5+ years or more solid patent prosecution experience. This position is for a lateral patent partner or senior patent attorney with a background in EE, Computer Science, Chem, Bio, Pharma, or equivalent technical areas. A proven track record of business development and/or A PORTABLE BOOK OF BUSINESS OF AT LEAST $100K is preferred. Must be detail oriented, self-starter, highly motivated, and possess exceptionally strong technical and writing skills. At least one state bar license, a USPTO patent bar registration, and good standing are required.

    PATENT AGENT/ENGINEER QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1+ years working in patent prosecution with in depth technical knowledge in at least one of the following fields: telecommunications (4G, LTE, 5G), network infrastructures (e.g., TCP/IP protocols, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, etc.), blockchain architectures, artificial intelligence, or integrated circuits/processors. Must be detail oriented, self-starter, highly motivated, and possess exceptionally strong technical and writing skills. USPTO patent bar registration required.
