Job Description: Manage custom orders from entry to delivery – acquiring approvals for custom art, updating multiple contacts of order status, tracking shipments, handling changes and issues and preparing orders for billing.

This is not an entry level position. Some college and/or previous experience in customer service, sales or other related field.
