Summary: Merchandise Folder/Warehouse Worker maintains the inventory of all product & supplies associated with the Retail Gift Shop as contained in/processed through the Merchandise WarehouseEssential Duties & Responsibilities:• Provides friendly, courteous service to guests, management & co-workers• Maintains knowledge of company’s products and availability. Effectively communicates such to department staff• Receives merchandise and products. Accurately counts, label, arrange and store items until needed distribution• Operates equipment & machinery in accordance with safety practices & department standards • Maintains floors, traffic areas, storage spaces and work areas for efficiency, safety and cleanliness• Pulls, assembles, packs and records merchandise and other items for distribution to Gift Shop in accordance with department procedures and standards
