Job Description

As the Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for growing Lutek’s Dealer channel. You will identify and understand trends within the market and determine the dealer opportunities Lutek will pursue. The Channel Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and will be responsible to attract, qualify and onboard new Dealers. You will lead customer service efforts including providing training and marketing resources to support Dealers’ sales of Lutek’s products. 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

•    Key member of Senior Management reporting directly to the President/Owner of Lutek. Participation in management of company. •    Capitalize on existing dealer network and supporting infrastructure including customer portal for estimating and placing orders. •    Substantial cash compensation potential and participation in equity of company via Phantom Stock Plan. •    Excellent employee benefits such as health benefits, 401(K) with match.

 CANDIDATE LUTEK IS LOOKING FOR:

•    Demonstrated success at growing channel sales. •    Experience with window covering and/or audio-visual markets a plus. •    Strong proponent of customer service and enjoys visiting customers and prospects. •    Comfortable working in a small company, entrepreneurial environment. •    Resides in Denver, Colorado.
