Your Role as a Lube & Maintenance Technician
You’ll be a key player in maintaining the performance and reliability of our fleet. From routine services to diagnostics and repairs, your work ensures our vehicles stay safe for the road—and our customers stay moving.
Key Responsibilities of a Lube & Maintenance Technician:
- Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and more
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and engine systems to diagnose issues
- Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle performance and recommend repairs
- Complete both minor and major mechanical repairs as required
- Repair or replace worn, damaged, or malfunctioning parts
- Maintain accurate service records using computerized systems
- Keep tools, equipment, and workspaces clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking for Lube & Maintenance Technician:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, lube tech, or mechanic
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and standard repair practices
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have your own tools
