Lube Technician

Job Purpose:

Services automobiles by ascertaining and completing service requirements; maintaining service standards and records.

Duties:

Completes service requirements by changing oil; checking and adjusting tire pressure; lubricating joints and undercarriage; replacing filters; testing and adjusting belts; filling fluid levels; evaluating tire wear and alignment, and windshield wiper wear; tightening loose assemblies and connections; tuning engines.

Maintains quality service by following service standards.

Maintains safe work environment by adhering to work standards and practices.

Documents services by completing records.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
