In a short time, we’ve built a reputation for integrity, quality work, and a team-first culture.     We are currently hiring a C-Level Technician / Lube Technician for our Full Throttle location only. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, moves quickly, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

    Position Overview

    The C-Level Technician / Lube Technician is responsible for performing oil changes, routine maintenance services, digital vehicle inspections, tire services, and light repairs. This role supports the shop’s daily workflow while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

    We operate at a very high pace with a consistently full schedule, so reliability, urgency, and attention to detail are critical.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine vehicle maintenance

    Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) accurately and consistently

    Perform basic maintenance repairs such as filters, wipers, batteries, brakes, and light suspension work

    Mount, balance, and repair tires when assigned

    Assist with curbside and quick services as needed

    Scan diagnostic codes when requested to support service advisors and technicians

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations

    Complete required daily, weekly, and periodic checklists associated with the position

    Requirements

    Enjoys and performs well in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment

    Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the professio

    Automotive shop experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply

    Must have own basic tools

    Valid driver’s license

    Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic

    Compensation & Benefits

    Hourly pay ranging from $18-20 per hour, based on experience and ability

    Monthly performance goals with the ability to earn up to $500 extra per month

    Annual performance goal with potential $2,500 bonus
