    We are currently hiring a Lube Technician (Entry-Level Automotive Technician / Oil Change Technician). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, moves quickly, takes pride in doing things the right way, and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

    Position Overview

    The Lube Technician (Entry-Level Automotive Technician / Oil Change Technician) is responsible for performing oil changes, routine maintenance services, digital vehicle inspections, tire services, and light repairs. This role supports the shop’s daily workflow while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

    We operate at a very high pace with a consistently full schedule, so reliability, urgency, and attention to detail are critical.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine vehicle maintenance

    Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) accurately and consistently

    Perform basic maintenance repairs such as filters, wipers, batteries, brakes, and light repair work based on experience and training

    Mount, balance, and repair tires when assigned

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    Follow all company SOPs, safety procedures, and manufacturer recommendations

    Requirements

    Enjoys and performs well in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment

    Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within the profession

    Automotive shop experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

    Must have own basic tools

    Valid driver’s license

    Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic

    Compensation & Benefits

    $16–$19/hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability

    Up to $500/month in performance bonuses — up to $6,000/year

    Additional annual performance bonus up to $2,500

    Potential for up to $8,500/year in performance bonuses
