    Join zTrip , North America’s largest transportation provider, and help keep our vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to serve the Indianapolis community. We’re hiring a Lube Technician to perform essential maintenance services that support the daily operation of our growing fleet.

    This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with basic automotive experience who want to develop their skills in a supportive, team-oriented, and stable environment.

    Tools Requirement

    All Lube Technicians must have their own set of basic automotive tools required to perform maintenance and light repair tasks. Specialty tools will be provided by the company.

    What You’ll Do as a Lube Technician:

    • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks/replacements
    • Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, leaks, and other maintenance concerns
    • Replace filters, belts, hoses, and other minor components
    • Assist with basic diagnostics and light repairs as needed
    • Accurately complete service records and inspection checklists
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

    What You’ll Bring as a Lube Technician:

    • Experience as a lube tech, tire tech, or entry-level automotive technician
    • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fluids, and service tools
    • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
    • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver’s license preferred
