Lube Technician – Hybrid Pay Structure A+ Auto Service – Summerville, SC

We’re growing and looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the automotive field, build real skills, and grow into higher‑level technician roles over time. Pay Structure (Hybrid) • Hourly base pay for stability • Flat‑rate/flagged hours on qualifying services to reward efficiency

Responsibilities • Perform oil changes, fluid services, and basic maintenance • Complete vehicle inspections and document findings clearly • Rotate and balance tires • Replace filters, bulbs, wipers, and other basic components • Assist technicians with larger jobs as needed • Maintain a clean, organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and shop standards

Requirements • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Basic mechanical aptitude • Ability to follow direction and work efficiently • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance • Positive attitude and team mindset • Valid driver’s license

Schedule • Full‑time hours • Working Saturdays • One scheduled day off during the week
