    What You’ll Do as a Lube Technician:

    As a Lube Technician, you will:

    • Perform oil changes and basic lubrication services on fleet vehicles
    • Check and top off fluids including oil, coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid
    • Inspect tires, rotate as needed, and assist with minor tire service
    • Examine basic vehicle components such as filters, belts, hoses, and batteries
    • Identify potential maintenance concerns and report them to leadership
    • Help maintain vehicle safety, reliability, and performance
    • Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
    • Follow all company procedures and safety standards

    What We’re Looking for as a Lube Technician:

    • Experience with oil changes, tire service, or basic automotive maintenance preferred
    • Basic understanding of vehicle systems
    • Strong attention to detail and work quality
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Valid driver’s license preferred
