We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage LSI’s digital marketing properties and aid in the creation and tracking of digital marketing, content, & public relations programs in cooperation with the Brand Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the website content and functionality of Hot Shot’s Secret® e-commerce site and direct dealer portal, Frantz Oil Filters®, and LubricationSpecialties.com.
Oversees and supports website consumer database administration, management, and measurement.
Leads digital marketing team in all supporting elements including outsourced digital agency strategy and implementation.
Develops and leads ongoing digital marketing strategy and annual planning.
Optimizes SEO and digital ads and provides direction on future digital advertising opportunities.
Oversees and supports all social media platform campaign implementation, measures, and presents results clearly to management for review of efficacy.
Responsible for GAP analysis and digital marketing campaign adjustments to incrementally improve ad ROI and customer expansion growth.
Provide direction on all consumer communications across digital and traditional channels focusing on providing the best consumer experience and ROI for LSI.
Coordinates company-wide promotions in coordination with the Direct Sales Manager, Amazon Sales Manager, Brand Manager, and Retail Sales Manager.
Develop digital marketing financial budgets and manage expenditures based on annual business plan.
Provides direction, leadership, coordination, and KPI’s for web developer & social media coordinator.
Manage the hiring and training of additional external and internal team members and agencies.
Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Strong business acumen and the ability to understand root causes and business problems, develop hypotheses, and test update strategies to create positive changes to strategies and campaigns.
Using data to identify issues and create clear actions to improve website performance and KPIs.
Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively and efficiently through written, verbal, or electronic mediums.
Ability to manage time and priorities while driving multiple projects at once.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partners across the organization and at various levels (technical to creative – individual contributors to managers).
Knowledge and proficiency using the MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s Degree in Marketing or other related business field is preferred.
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing programs, tactics, and creating conversion.
3-5 years of experience in developing and executing internet marketing campaigns and website development/maintenance
Working knowledge of general car care is desirable and the diesel industry is preferred.
OTHER INFORMATION
Valid Driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required for travel for off-site meetings and events.
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
