Real Estate Inside Sales Specialist

As our inside sales agent, you'll be at the heart of our operations, utilizing our cutting-edge systems to make calls and generate leads for our team. Responsibilities: • Responding to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to convert leads into appointments • Follow and teach scripts to deliver the team value proposition and be able to respond to objections • Analyze lead contacts to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to the Outside Sales Agent • Database management to ensure systems and processes run smoothly and to maintain rigorous lead follow-up • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners • Track weekly sales numbers against established goals and progress in sales increases and conversion rates • Be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis • Be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients • Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience • Communicate, organize, and communicate with the Outside Sales Agent to ensure they are delivering quality service throughout the client’s experience from the first call to the completion of the transaction • Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily • 40 - 50% of the job entails conversations with potential buyers/sellers AND other agents on the team • Always looking for ways to improve current systems • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Qualifications: • High School Diploma • Must be willing to obtain your Michigan Real Estate License (We will pay for this) • Valid Driver’s License • Possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask) • Outstanding Customer Service Experience; real estate experience not required • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both in writing and verbally • People-oriented with a positive attitude and who is competitive results-driven and enjoys a fast-paced teamwork environment • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to details • Proficiency with electronic communications, MS Office, and technically savvy to learn other applications and systems quickly Compensation: $2,000 monthly + Commission
