    **** Sell the Best in Tesla Solar *** ** HYBRID POSITION ** JOB SUMMARY: Lucent Energy Management has been the leader of the solar revolution in New Jersey for the past 15 years . We are seeking residential Sales Development Representative to join our experienced team. We specialize in high-end roofing, solar, and battery backup for residential and commercial applications. Currently we are experiencing explosive growth within the Northeast , so we are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding sales team. We are 1 of 27 certified Tesla Solar Roof installers in the country. JOB DESCRIPTION: * Residential sales in New Jersey * Ability to create own geographic footprint * Track all leads in our Database Management System * Training will be provided * Performance Bonus * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * High energy, professional presence and appearance * Very comfortable in a fast-paced environment * Detailed Oriented * Highly Organized * Strong Interpersonal Skills * Multi-task is a Must * Comfortable canvasing new neighborhoods * Ability to carry-on, lead and direct conversations * Have the drive to be persistent after continual pushback JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills and IT Fluency * Set up interviews for our Sales Reps to close * Be intentional and consistent with locating new customers * Sales experience preferred but not required * Have a basic understanding of sales techniques * Ability to manage complex projects * Must have the ability to foster relationships * Excellent organizational skills * Prior solar sales experience (preferred) * Know the common elements, and components of sales * Ability to flourish with minimal guidance * Handle uncertainty with quick, critical thinking skills * Must have a personal drive to reach above bench marks * Must be a self-starter and self-sufficient * Proficient in Google Suite is a must Lucent Energy Management is an Equal Opportunity committed to diversity in the workplace.
