We are looking for professional and reliable Subcontractors for the upcoming 2019-2020 Winter Season. Lucia Landscaping Inc. currently has commercial sites available for contract throughout Southeast Michigan (Wayne & Macomb County). RESPONSIBILITIES: • Attention to detail while providing excellent snow removal services while following proper safety guidelines. • Inspect your sites, when needed, before and after any winter activity. • Keep detailed reports of your sites and submit paperwork within 24 hours after a snow event. REQUIREMENTS: • Must be available 24/7 with a commitment to service EVERY time it snows- days, nights, weekends and holidays • Must have your own plow truck, loaders, and/or equipment that meets company standards and requirements • Minimum 3 years snow and ice management experience • Valid Driver's license and in good standing • Required to carry General/Comprehensive Liability Insurance &Worker's Compensation Insurance
