Responsibilities: • Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in field aspects of construction processes • Read and understand project documents (plans and specifications) in detail • Assist with pre-construction activities as needed • Verify accuracy of in-place quantities • Assist with preparation of production reports and project cost reports, participate in project status meetings, and produce meeting minutes • Assist in project as-builds • Monitor job site conditions, practices, and procedures for compliance with health and safety standards Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management OSHA 30 certification Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields Compensation: 80,000
