MISSION: Helping People Hear Better!
LOCATION: 5 minutes from the DFW Airport
HOURS OF OPERATIONS: Tuesday thru Friday 8:30AM - 7PM, Monday and Saturday 8:30AM to 5PM (40-hour work week)
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk
Communicate with email, phone and chat support to internal customers
Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
Wii-fi Support
QUALIFICATIONS:
GED or High School diploma
2 or more years of relevant technical experience, preferably in a call center environment
Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to work well with people
Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge
Experience with troubleshooting PC's
Experience with Windows 7 or 10
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Products
A + preferred but not required
Zendesk preferred but not required
