    Job Description

    MISSION: Helping People Hear Better!

    LOCATION: 5 minutes from the DFW Airport

    HOURS OF OPERATIONS: Tuesday thru Friday 8:30AM - 7PM, Monday and Saturday 8:30AM to 5PM (40-hour work week)

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction

    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help desk

    • Communicate with email, phone and chat support to internal customers

    • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software

    • Wii-fi Support

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • GED or High School diploma

    • 2 or more years of relevant technical experience, preferably in a call center environment

    • Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to work well with people

    • Experience working with PC hardware and software including general computer and Internet knowledge

    • Experience with troubleshooting PC's

    • Experience with Windows 7 or 10

    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Products

    • A + preferred but not required

    • Zendesk preferred but not required
