We are ready to expand our team even more and add 3 AT&T Customer Service In-Store Representatives to our high energy team! As an AT&T Customer Service In-Store Representative you will provide customers with a professional and friendly in-store experience, while assisting with communication and entertainment solutions! This position provides continuous training on new product information, services, and promotions to become new technology experts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year work experience in customer service, retail, sales or hospitality

• Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma / Advanced College Course work is preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Stay up to date with new products, product launches, services, and promotions

• Greet customers in a friendly and positive manner

• Communicate and demonstrate new products and promotions

• Must meet key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals
