    DESCRIPTION:

    Lucky Chalm is actively seeking a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial Communications and Brand Marketing Manager to join its rapidly growing team. Our dream candidate will have excellent relationships and contacts with leading fashion and lifestyle media, a marketing-driven mind and demonstrate a high degree of initiative and creativity when pro-actively proposing new concepts and campaigns.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conceptualize and execute brand marketing and PR campaigns for a diverse selection of clients in the fashion, wellness, lifestyle industries 
    • Day to day client contact and manage client updates amongst the wider team
    • Brainstorm creative ideas and generate brand marketing and PR strategies to enhance PR campaigns
    • Pitch and secure media placement in appropriate titles, with a proven history of tier 1 brand and product placement
    • Maintain regular day-to-day contact and close relationships with key press
    • Development and execution of Influencer and KOL seeding programs
    • Development and execution of brand partnerships and sponsorships
    • Organize and support launch events for media and influencers
    • Established, strong industry contacts with US-based fashion and life press and influencers, both online and in print
    • Celebrity stylist relationships are an added bonus
    • Write succinct and informative press releases
    • Possess excellent team skills
    • Liaise with all clients to ensure the brand voice is consistent in each market
    • Kind, efficient, organized with excellent time management skills and willing to do what it takes to have a job well done

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3-4 years of communications experience, preferably within the fashion industry
    • Bachelor's Degree in communications/ PR/ marketing
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • An idea's person who thinks outside the box with regards to new strategies
    • Ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment under hard deadlines
    • Superior organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Photoshop and InDesign skills
    • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including TikTok and Twitch, and print & online publications
    • Driven by pop-culture and aware of global events
