Lucky Fins is NOW HIRING for DISHWASHERS!
We are a seafood and sushi restaurant in Boise, ID and we are looking for dishwashers RIGHT NOW! We need Highly Motivated, High Energy, Very Personable, Professional Team Members with kitchen experience but will train the right person!
Interview online or in-person 2 pm - 4 pm at 801 W Main Street, Boise, ID 83702

Responsibilities:
Maintains a guest focus while performing
Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishware
Load, run and unload dish machine
Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to manager on duty
Monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle
Wash and store all table and kitchenware
Maintain adequate levels of clean table ware for dining room and kitchen
Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
Qualifications:
Be 18 years of age
Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Must be able to work unsupervised
Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00pm
Thorough knowledge of health and safety rules in the kitchen
Must be able to stand and work for up to 4 hours at a time
Must be able to perform repetitive motion work without the assistance of restraints, braces or other incumbrances that limit range of motion or physical activity
Must be able to lift, move and shelve products and materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work in temperatures exceeding 85* for extended periods of time
Be willing to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed
Be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Salary: $15.00/hr + DOE
