    Lucky Top Inc is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. 

    Job Type: Full-time

    The Human Resource Generalist will work collaboratively with the team in the Human Resource Department. They will support functional areas including employment, recruitment, payroll support, personnel records, benefits administration, performance management, employee development, training and special projects. This also includes the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings.

    DUTIES (Including but not limited to):

    • Assist the HR Director with recruiting top talent
    • Create recruitment binders
    • Post recruitments to appropriate job boards
    • Initial screening of candidates
    • Scheduling of interviews and maintaining HR calendar
    • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
    • Onboard new employees
    • New Hire Orientation
    • Benefits Orientation
    • Onboarding paperwork
    • Manage building key fobs & their distribution
    • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • Supports health benefit administration including reconciliation, tracking benefits and using provider online systems for updates/changes for employees.
    • Monitor semi-monthly timecards to ensure employee's attendance, vacation eligibility and benefits eligibility are correct for payroll processing.
    • Prepare and provide analytical reports, organizational charts or other data as needed.
    • Assists with reviewing and updating human resources policies and procedures, ensuring continued compliance with Federal, state and local laws and regulations
    • Assists with coordination of company events (Employee Recognition, Company Picnic, Holiday Party, etc)

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Human Resources or Certification in HR or 5 years  Related experience working in Human Resources
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive situations.
    • Superior interpersonal skills and time management.
    • A dynamic work ethic.
    • Outstanding organizational leadership skills - strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Be innovative, a positive visible leader that isn't afraid to bring ideas to help strengthen the HR Dept. and our Company.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • Hands on HR generalist experience
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • Experience with a Human Resource Capital Management system (ADP, Ultimate, etc)
